Our base clinic
This is where the clinic is, which mostly matters for one reason: appointment choice. Being nearest means the widest range of times and the best chance of holding one slot for the length of a plan. Because the clinic is in Toronto itself, the diary has the widest range of times, and the same therapist can usually be held for a whole course.
Why slots matter
The single biggest predictor of whether a course finishes is whether the appointment time survives contact with real life. People who book whatever was free this week tend to stop around visit five, not because the treatment failed but because the diary did. People with one repeating slot finish.
So the first conversation when you book is about which hour of which day you can protect for two months, rather than the soonest gap we have. See how many visits.
Being closest to the clinic gives you the most room to choose, which is the real and only advantage of a short journey. It is also why we would rather hold a slot open for you next week than fill it with somebody today. More in your first visit and book an evaluation.
Booking a slot
Tell us the time you could keep every week for two months. We will work backwards from that rather than offering the next gap.
The evaluation needs the full hour. Later visits are shorter, which makes them easier to fit around a working day.
There is parking at the clinic including an accessible bay. Ask when you book and we will keep it free for your time.
If a week goes wrong, a remote session later in the plan is better than a gap. It keeps the progression moving.
What we see
Because this is the base clinic, the caseload here is the widest: back and neck pain, knees and shoulders, post-surgical protocols, balance work and sports injuries all in the same week. That breadth is useful when a problem turns out not to be the one you booked for, which happens more often than people expect.
It also means we can usually see you without waiting for a particular specialism to have a gap, and without being handed between people when the picture turns out to be mixed. See conditions we treat.
If what you need genuinely sits outside what we do, you will be told that at the evaluation rather than at visit six, and we will say plainly who to ask instead of leaving you to work it out. More in treatments and when to see a therapist.

Tell us which hour of which day you could keep for the next two months, and we will build the plan around that instead of around our diary.
A repeating slot matters more to the outcome than being seen a few days sooner.
